Our Contact Centre Team specialises in the recruitment of Inbound and Outbound Agents, Customer Advisers, Team Leaders, Managers and Debt Recovery & Collections personnel.
We support clients in the Public and Commercial sectors, Travel, Insurance, Housing, Financial Services and Online Retailers.
We understand that excellent written/verbal communications and strong IT skills, along with a genuine desire to work within Customer Service are pre-requisite; as is the ability to work sometimes unsociable hours. Our interviewing, testing and vetting procedure ensures that we only shortlist those candidates who meet these criteria and our own high expectations, before meeting our clients.
We run and manage small and large recruitment campaigns on behalf of our clients, from individuals to large teams, including agents, advisers, managers and trainers, cover 24-hour shift patterns on a part or full time basis; permenant and temporary.
VNA is proud to be able to say that 90% of our Contact Centre hires are from recommendation and referral, although we do have a large, up to the minute database of highly screened and compliant customer service professionals resourced by advertising and social media, all available at short notice.
